Chocolate Tasting Class

Our Chocolate Tasting Class provides an intimate chocolate tasting session. Class should last approximately one hour. 

Class Agenda:

• Brief overview of how chocolate is grown, produced, and manufactured
• How to eat a piece of chocolate
• Comparing everyday chocolate to gourmet chocolate
• Comparing compound chocolate to coverture
• Tasting milk chocolate, white chocolate, & dark chocolate
• Introducing the newly discovered 4th chocolate: Ruby Coverture!
• Take home gift box - chocolate tastings at home
• Take home a piece of chocolate
